UK Consultant Roles Pathway

Q: What is the application process?

A: Once you submit your CV and Cover Letter for one of our roles, Nicola, our Head of Talent, will review it. If successful, Nicola will be in touch to invite you to one of our assessment dates, held in February and March 2024. The assessment centre will consist of an interview and a case study. Preparing in advance will not be required. It will be a fantastic opportunity to meet some of our team at LanciaConsult. 

Q: Does LanciaConsult offer internships or work experience?

A: We focus on our full-time Consultant hiring; therefore, we do not have opportunities for an internship programme in our European teams. Sometimes, ad hoc internships are available, so please send your CV and cover letter to hello@lanciaconsult.com if you are interested, and one of the team will get back to you if anything is available. 

We sometimes offer work experiences on an ad hoc, short term basis for students in education to gain insight into consulting. Don't hesitate to contact hello@lanciaconsult.com; someone will get back to you if anything is available. 

Q: Can I apply for a role in a different location? 

A: Yes, you can apply to any of our offices if you have the right to work in that geography. You can find all of our global roles at lanciaconsult.com/careers-at-lancia/careers.

Q: Does LanciaConsult offer Visa sponsorship?

A: We do have a licence to provide sponsorship in the UK; however, this is only in exceptional cases, and we do not offer sponsorship at the Consultant level. Please ensure you have the full right to work in the UK.
