Our clients are global, and as consultants, travel can be part of the job, but our offices are thriving, fun hubs that we call home. In APAC, you can join teams in Singapore or Jakarta, Indonesia. We have close working relationships with each other, often travelling, and we're all good friends.

Team Singapore

Our Singapore office is centrally located in Shenton Way, with convenient access to famous food markets, stores, and train stations. Its bright, open spaces are vibrant and welcoming. Located on the 43rd floor of Asia Square Tower, you'll get a bird's eye view of the bustling city and its skyscrapers.

You'll discover our Singapore team based in a centrally located, modern office space. With plenty of bonding sessions over food, board games, and sometimes a good run, you'll work alongside our genuine and capable team, providing lots of opportunities to thrive while having fun!

Team Jakarta

You'll find our Jakarta team situated within the Sudirman Central Business District, in South Jakarta. Located in one of Indonesia’s most environmentally sustainable buildings, our Jakarta office embodies our value 'Invested', caring about the communities and environment in which we operate. 

What's it like?

Our Jakarta team is small but growing! Fun team outings, a central location, a weekly 'Batik Day', and great food just around the corner. Being part of this ambitious, young team provides you with plenty of international exposure and flexibility to chart your growth.

Q: Does Lancia Consult offer internships or work experience?
A: Yes, we offer internship opportunities, known as the Lancia Emerging Analyst Program (LEAP), with our APAC teams. The program takes place across the year in two cycles, one in January - June and another in July - December. 

Q: Can I apply for a shorter internship stint?
A: We typically only offer 6-month internship stints as we believe in providing a more comprehensive and rewarding experience. With a longer internship period, you will have the opportunity to engage in significant projects and gain deeper insights, making your internship with us an invaluable stepping stone toward success.

Q: Can I apply for a role in a different location?
A: Yes, you can apply to any of our offices if you have the right to work in that geography. You can find all of our global roles at lanciaconsult.com/careers-at-lancia/careers.

Q: Does Lancia Consult offer visa or employment pass sponsorship?
A:
Our Singapore office only provides employment pass sponsorship on an exception basis. Our Jakarta office currently only accepts local applications.

Q: If applying as a new consultant, do I need a specific degree?
A: No, we welcome consultants from diverse backgrounds, empowering them to channel their expertise to drive impactful solutions.

Q: What is the application process?
A: The application process for both internships and experienced hires is shown below. It is a two-stage interview process for intern hires and a three-stage interview process including a competency-based assessment for experienced hires.

 

THE PROCESS

How can I join the team?

There are two different tracks to joining Lancia Consult in Asia Pacific: get a taste of consulting through our internship program or join us with some consulting experience under your belt. 

Looking for an internship in consulting?

You will be looking at joining as an Analyst in our internship program, known as the Lancia Emerging Analyst Program (LEAP). Typically, you would be an undergraduate student seeking to gain exposure to consulting. 

What's the process?

  1. The application for our Analyst roles opens in September-October of the preceding year for the January-June run and March-April for the July-December run. All roles will be added and shown alongside our other available opportunities, which you can find here: https://lanciaconsult.bamboohr.com/careers
  2. Please remember that you will need full rights to work in the respective country that you are applying for. We are not able to offer visa sponsorship at the Analyst level. 
  3. You will need to upload your CV and cover letter for the office location you would like to join.  
  4. Applications are reviewed, and if successful, you will be invited to a first round of interviews with our Senior / Managing Consultants, and a second round of interviews with one of our Directors, if shortlisted.
  5. Successful candidates who accept their offers of employment will start their internship with us in the first week of January or the first week of July, depending on the cycle that you have applied for.

Joining with consulting experience?

You will have a few years of consulting experience, in both strategy and implementation work. You will be looking for something different for the next stage in your career by joining our fast-growing team. 

What's the process?

  2. Our People team will carefully review your application and get in touch to explain our recruitment process. 
  3. The first stage is a screening interview with one of our Senior / Managing Consultants.
  4. The second stage is a competency-based assessment, case study, or project presentation.
  5. The third stage is a final interview with one of our Directors.
  6. At all stages, you will have an opportunity to talk in detail to our fantastic consultants to learn all about Lancia.
