Team Bristol

Situated in an elegant square in the heart of Clifton, you'll find Lancia Consult's Bristol team. Bristol is currently the company's biggest office, where it all began in Europe. 

What's it like?

Fun team socials, a central location, green spaces for perfect picnics, and a private team kitchen that's always well-stocked. Wednesday mid-week treats are a definite perk to help you on hump day, and our co-working space vibe brings culture and community into our lives.

Team London

Nestled in the heart of Bloomsbury, a leafy corner of London known for its intellectual and literary connections, you'll find Team London. 

What's it like?

You're in for a treat! Based in a super friendly co-working space, you can look forward to 'Cake Wednesdays', lush interiors, a warm and welcoming team, the perfect central yet villagey location, not to mention the drinks trolley on Friday afternoons.

I have compiled a list of FAQs here. I hope they are helpful.

Q: Does Lancia Consult offer internships or work experience?
A: We focus on hiring full-time consultants; therefore, we do not currently have internship opportunities in our European teams.  
We work with the Gateway Project annually to provide week-long work experience in our Bristol office. You can find out more about it here, Gateway Project.

Q: Can I apply for a role in a different location?
A: Yes, you can apply to any of our offices if you have the right to work in that geography. You can find all of our global roles at lanciaconsult.com/careers-at-lancia/careers.

Q: Does Lancia Consult offer Visa sponsorship?
A: We do have a licence to provide sponsorship in the UK; however, this is only in exceptional cases, and we do not offer sponsorship at the Consultant level. Please ensure you have the full right to work in the UK or the region you are applying to. 

 

Q: If applying as a new consultant, do I need a specific degree?
A: No, we welcome applications from any degree, discipline, or background.  

Q: Do we offer degree apprenticeships?
A: Yes, we work with Exeter University, and the role is in our Bristol office. It starts in September annually. You can apply on our website from January to March. These are fantastic opportunities for school leavers to start their careers in consulting while studying for a BSc Digital & Technology Solutions.

Q: What is the application process?
A: The application process for both early career hires and experienced hires is shown below. It is an assessment centre for early career hires, and for experienced hires, it is a two-stage interview process. 

 

THE PROCESS

How can I join the team?

There are two different tracks to joining Lancia Consult in Europe: getting started in consulting if you are in or have recently left education or joining us with consulting or industry experience already under your belt. 

Looking to get started in Consulting?

You'll be looking at joining us as a new consultant. Typically, you'll be in or have recently left education. 


What's the process?

  1. Our new consultant roles go live in October of the preceding year that you will join us. All roles will be added and shown alongside our other available opportunities, which you can find here: https://lanciaconsult.bamboohr.com/careers
  2. Please remember that you will need full rights to work in the UK. We are not able to offer visa sponsorship at the consultant level. 
  3. You will need to upload your CV and cover letter for the office location you would like to join.  
  4. Applications are reviewed, and if successful, you will be invited to an assessment centre in February or March.  
  5. All candidates taking part in an assessment will receive detailed feedback on their performance.  
  6. Successful candidates who accept their offers of employment will start working with us in the first week of September in the following year. 

Joining with consulting experience?

You will have top-tier or significant consulting experience. You will be looking for something different for the next stage in your career by joining our fast-growing team at Lancia. 

What's the process?

  1. Please upload your CV and cover letter for the office location you are interested in and explain why you are interested in Lancia. You can find our opportunities here: https://lanciaconsult.bamboohr.com/careers
  2. Our Head of Talent will personally review your application. 
  3. You will be invited to a telephone screening interview if there are suitable opportunities in the team. 
  4. The first round interview is a competency-based interview with two of our team. 
  5. The final round stage includes a follow-up interview, case study, or project presentation. 
  6. At all stages, you will receive detailed feedback and have an opportunity to talk in detail to our fantastic consultants to learn all about Lancia.
