Building Change Resilience Across a Global Transformation Portfolio
Challenge
Our global FMCG client was delivering a complex, multi-year transformation spanning markets, functions and ways of working. As change accelerated, they needed to strengthen organisational capacity so employees could adopt new ways of working and sustain outcomes over time.
People were navigating overlapping workstreams, shifting priorities and continual change. While strong in their functional roles, many found it difficult to respond with confidence and consistency, leading to uncertainty, fatigue and reactive behaviours. The client recognised that processes and tools alone would not be enough. They needed to build people’s ability to understand, absorb and navigate change more effectively.
Solution
To address this, we designed and delivered a targeted learning series that combined concise pre-learning, reflective podcast content, and facilitated sessions. The programme helped individuals recognise their responses to change, understand its personal impact and develop more constructive ways to engage with it.
The format was deliberately practical and accessible, enabling people to reflect alongside day-to-day delivery while building confidence and adopting new behaviours.
